Veterans Cuts is organized as a Not-For-Profit Corporation under the laws of the State of Illinios and are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as a public charity pursuant to 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code(“IRC”) and as a tax-exempt organization under IRC Section 501(c)(3).
